HE SATURDAY NOVEMBER 12TH CAP NIGHT is a historic event in our Sharks calendar. We are celebrating the feats of our 1st XI players, past and present, with the announcement and presentation of our numbered caps. Our historians have delved into the record books and identified all of our 1st XI players, from the first season of Washington Park CC in 1985/86 through to today. We will be counting up our 1st XI player numbers 1 – 177 on the night and presenting numbered caps to those in attendance (count is current as at the end of the 2021/22 season).

It’s a once in a Shark lifetime event and we encourage all players past and present from all XIs to come and join the party and the tall stories from the past! We will also be honouring those Channon Park and Washington CC players who played 1st XI prior to the merger, on the night. We also need your help in trying to track down some of our past 1st XI players, so please spread the word and twist any arms you can to get your mates back to Shark Park for this great event. All the details are contained in the attached flyer. As we edge closer to our 100 year celebrations later this decade, this event is one of many that we plan in the lead up in which we celebrate our past and present and continue to engage with our Shark Family.
